Call us at least 48 hours before check-in so we have time to source flowers, cake, and everything else just right.

Your package will be set up in your cabin before arrival, or ready for pickup at the office depending on your preference.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance do I need to reserve a package? +
At least 48 hours before your check-in time. This gives us time to source fresh flowers and arrange cake or charcuterie. For custom requests or peak weekends, the earlier the better.
Can I customize the package? +
Absolutely. You can specify drink preference (champagne, wine, or sparkling juice), cake flavor (chocolate or vanilla), and custom card messages. Call the reservation desk to discuss other special requests.
Do I have to be staying in a cabin to book a package? +
Packages are designed to be set up in a cabin, but you can also arrange a pickup at the reservation office. This works well if you're in an RV or tent site, or if you want to bring the package to someone else at the park.
What if I need to cancel or change my package? +
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival are fully refundable. Inside 48 hours we may not be able to refund perishable items (cake, flowers, charcuterie) since they've already been purchased. Call us as soon as plans change and we'll do our best.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? +
Yes, with advance notice. Let us know about allergies, gluten-free, vegan, or other preferences when you book and we'll work with local vendors to accommodate.
Do you offer other special-occasion packages? +
Romance and Birthday are our standard offerings, but we're happy to build something custom for anniversaries, proposals, retirement celebrations, or any other milestone. Call the reservation desk and we'll make it happen.
